E-Gruas is a social enterprise initiative developed by NGO OPTIMA with the support of the Directorate of Social Welfare of the Municipality of Prishtina.
The platform was created as a practical and sustainable digital solution to help reduce the gap between women’s skills and their access to the labour market.
Through the platform, women can present their skills, products, and services, while connecting directly with clients, businesses, and employment opportunities.
Beyond training, E-Gruas serves as an active bridge between women and the market, supporting income-generation, self-employment, and long-term economic independence.

Economic Empowerment
The project supported women in strengthening their professional capacities through targeted trainings in entrepreneurship, business administration, digital marketing, product presentation, and the use of digital tools.
These activities helped participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to promote their work, access new opportunities, and participate more actively in the formal labour market.
