This project, funded by HERAS in Kosovo, focused on preparing young people for the labour market by strengthening their administrative and professional capacities.
The program brought together nearly 60 participants from different regions of Kosovo, providing them with practical knowledge and real-world skills needed for employment and career development.
Through interactive trainings led by experienced professionals, participants developed essential competencies in communication, teamwork, leadership, and workplace readiness.
The initiative created a strong foundation for long-term professional growth and supported youth in their transition into employment.
