Developing a Comprehensive Academic Staff Performance System (CASP)
for the Public Higher Education System in Kosovo

This project focused on the development of a Comprehensive Academic Staff (Faculty) Performance System (CASP), based on a model jointly agreed upon by all seven public universities in Kosovo.

The system was designed to reflect each institution’s mission, vision, values, and academic culture, while addressing the specific needs of both teaching staff and administration.
