Effective Methodologies for Working with Youth

This project aimed to strengthen the administrative capacities and career guidance skills of 30 young people aged 18–25 from the civil society sector, representing various local NGOs.

Participants attended a series of interactive trainings designed to equip them with the competencies needed to work effectively with youth and contribute to community development.

The training program supported participants in developing professional skills as youth workers, while introducing new methodologies for raising awareness and implementing youth-focused activities within their organizations.

The project was implemented at NGO OPTIMA’s premises in Prishtina and was funded by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport of the Republic of Kosovo.

Strengthening Youth Work Through Modern Methodologies

The project provided structured training for 30 participants from civil society organizations, focusing on practical methodologies for working with youth.

Participants developed skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and project development, while also learning how to identify community issues and address them through structured initiatives.

Through the use of SMART methodology, participants were able to design project proposals, improve decision-making processes, and apply innovative approaches in their daily work with young people.

Through structured learning and practical exercises, participants gained hands-on experience in career planning, job applications, and professional behavior, significantly increasing their readiness for employment.
